I am Marjolein Michels and I founded Pink Blueprint, after more than twenty‑five years in the corporate world, including many years at Johnson & Johnson. I’ve led and supported major transformations, tech transfers & Covid‑19 production upscaling, work that resulted in lead times being cut in half without increasing headcount. I solve structural problems that block growth, quality and compliance, and I help organisations operate faster, more reliably and at scale.
I bridge strategy and operations and act as a trusted advisor to senior management. Trained as a PharmD, I bring a strong foundation in quality and precision to every engagement. I step in through consulting, interim support or interim management, depending on what the situation requires.
I’ve trained more than one hundred colleagues in Lean Six Sigma, coached many belts and built lasting capability across teams. I facilitate cross‑functional workshops, redesign operating models, strengthen governance and create clarity in environments where accuracy and low error tolerance matter.
My experience spans global roles in Corporate Transformation Office, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Commercial Supply Chain, Clinical Supply Chain and Product Development, which allows me to connect the dots across functions and disciplines. I bring a strong analytical mindset, a keen eye for improvement opportunities and a visual way of working that helps teams see what needs to change.

About the name Pink Blueprint
The name Pink Blueprint is a small nod to the Pink Panther’s “Pink Blueprint” short film, where plans never stay rigid, creativity takes over, and unexpected solutions appear. I liked that idea: structure meets imagination.
My work follows the same principle. I use clear, visual ways of working, process maps, operating models, decision flows, but I combine them with a non‑conservative, creative approach that helps teams think differently and find solutions they didn’t see before. My approach is practical, visual and where possible I use play (trainings), because that’s often what unlocks real progress and learning.
Pink Blueprint reflects that mix: solid foundations, clear structure, and enough creativity to step outside the usual patterns and build something better.
